Enniscrone, Co. Sligo looks out over Killala Bay and the Atlantic Ocean and is only 8 miles from Ballina, 35 miles from Sligo and 38 miles from Knock International Airport. It is one of the most rapidly developing family holiday seaside resorts in the North West region and has many fine attractions which continue to bring an increasing number of tourists into the area each year. Enniscrone boasts 5km of clean, safe, golden beaches.

A premier attraction of Enniscrone is its 27 hole golf links widely acknowledged as one of the best golf courses in the country. Also planned is the splendid Nick Faldo owned and designed golf club located at Bartragh Island just minutes from Enniscrone.  The Moy river, renowned worldwide by all serious salmon and trout anglers, flows into the sea at Enniscrone. The Moy Estuary is a favourite location for boating and sea trout fishing and also gives access by boat to Ballina town. Deep-sea angling is also a major attraction on the bay, either by boat from Enniscrone pier, or surfcasting from the beaches and there are a wide variety of wonderful walks, both shoreline and inland.

A further major addition to Enniscrone's tourist facilities is the new Waterpoint Centre that is located at Pier Rd. The Waterpoint Centre was opened in April 1998 and has since proven to be tremendously successful and popular. It provides an indoor swimming pool plus a kiddies pool and also the always popular "tubular water slide". A sauna area and activity centre is also incorporated in the development. The Waterpoint Centre provides an all-weather facility to the resort.
